Mikuni american continues to expand its line of genuine carburetor rebuild kits and genuine fuel pump rebuild kits. these kits are available for both mikuni aftermarket products as well as mikuni original equipment manufacturers' (oem) carburetors and fuel pumps. all rebuild kits feature genuine mikuni replacement parts suggested for the rebuild, along with a parts list and exploded view diagram to help with assembly. because different vehicles require different jetting, mikuni carburetor rebuild kits do not include jetting components. in older vehicles with a lot of wear, or those that have been stored with old gasoline, you may need to replace worn or clogged needle jets, main jets, pilot jets and air jets. you will need to order any required jetting components separately from the mikuni rebuild kit. the mikuni carburetor rebuild kits replace vital components within the carburetor, including the float needle valve assembly, gaskets, seals, diaphragms, springs and float bowl screws to restore like-new operation. designed for mikuni carburetors, bsr33, bsr34, bsr40, bsr42 and mk-403; check fitment designation before purchasing. note: jets are not included. it is suggested you work with a qualified mechanic to tune, rebuild or replace your mikuni product.
